We use the information we collect to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you about your account, to process leads and bookings, and to deliver automated follow-up and review collection features.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as calendar, SMS, and email delivery), and where required by law.

6. Lead & Customer Data

Leads and customer conversations captured through your Logicle™ website belong to your business. We process this data on your behalf to deliver the booking and follow-up features you enable.

7. SMS, Phone & Messaging Data (TCPA / A2P 10DLC)

When you provide your phone number — through our chat widget, by calling us, or by contacting us — we collect and use that number to send SMS, MMS, and email communications, including appointment confirmations, lead follow-up, account updates, and service notifications. Phone numbers are stored only as long as needed to deliver these services and to comply with legal record-keeping requirements.

Consent. Providing your phone number constitutes your express written consent to receive these communications. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. You may also opt out by calling (216) 716-2703 or emailing jgoodwin@logicle.net.

Sharing. We share phone numbers and message data only with SMS, email, and calendar delivery providers necessary to operate the messaging features you enable. We do not sell your phone number or messaging data.
