1. Program description

Logicle LLC (“Logicle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS and MMS messaging related to inquiries and services for local businesses. If you opt in, messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, estimates, service updates, customer support, and, only where you have given separate marketing consent, occasional promotional messages about Logicle services.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the type of program you joined.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

2. How you opt in

SMS consent is optional and is not required to request information, submit a form, or purchase services.

You opt in only by a separate affirmative action, such as:

• Checking an unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on a form on our website where SMS opt-in is offered, next to a disclosure that links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Otherwise providing express written consent where that option is clearly presented

Providing a phone number, calling us, emailing us, or accepting our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages.

3. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, or of receiving assistance from Logicle. You may use our services without opting in to SMS.

4. Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also use UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT where supported by the messaging platform and your carrier. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message, and you will not receive further SMS from that program unless you opt in again.

6. Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice. Delivery is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy and mobile information

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share mobile information only with service providers and messaging partners who deliver messages on our behalf. Those providers are not authorized to use your number or consent for their own marketing.

8. Eligibility

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number, and 18 or older, to opt in.

9. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page.
